Father's Day. What a good Daddy these two

little boys have! Words cannot explain or

express how special he is.

stand. McCrae thought it was perfect!

And last but not least my Father's Day in-the-kitchen

experiment.

Bryan has been traveling a lot for work lately. We are

all so happy when he comes home! Even if it is only for

a few days.

I finally did it!

I FINALLY cleaned my oven!. When we moved into our house the oven was the only thing that didn't get cleaned. I am very good at procrastination and I planned on doing it before baby #2 came on board. Well, three years later I did it. Holly told me about using baking soda and misting it with water. It wiped right up!!! No fumes. HOORAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Summer fun

Kellon's first time swimming (if you can call
it swimming). He LOVES splashing in water.
He doesn't care about the temperature or
anything else.

We are so happy! (We were thinking he might

skip crawling all together).He pulls himself up to things too.

San Francisco Vacation

Day 1: Six Flags Discovery Kingdom
We forgot to bring the camera so the only pictures
we took were with the cell phone. I was thrilled to
see a section of the park all about Thomas the Train
(McCrae LOVES Thomas and friends) so we had
to take a few pics.

Riding this ride was a nice break from the bigger
rides. There was no waiting in line compared to the
hour and a half wait we exprienced on the other
rides.



Day 3: Lombard Street/Golden Gate Bridge


This street was cool to drive down. I can't imagine
living on it. The driveways were nearly right in the
street. The street just east (I think it was east) was
SOOOOO steep. There was a stop sign at the top
of course. I thought our car was going to flip over
and roll down the hill.

be a wimp. I thought the bridge shaking in

the wind was scary too! There was a sign

with a phone by it telling all who thought about

jumping to reconsider and call for help.

Bryan had to have a picture of the rig the use

to do maintenance on the bridge. No one could

pay me to get in that thing. He thought it was

cool.

Day 3: Alcatraz Island & Aquarium at the Bay
One of the reasons we wanted to come to SF
was to see Alcatraz Island. We took the audio
tour of the former penitentiary. The stories
told on the tour were fascinating.

Day 4: Jelly Belly Factory Tour

We couldn't take pictures of the actual "tour" but we learned

how jelly belly beans are made by the millions. Pretty

interesting. They go through TONS of corn starch.

Everyone has to wear a hat during the tour.

The Sacramento Temple

One of the small temples, this temple was

built away from the city. We drove up quite the

driveway on a large piece of property to get to the temple.

After the session we were walking around the grounds an

ran into a Family of Turkeys. We saw the dad by himself

as we kept walking we saw the mom and 7 or 8 babies.

Day 5: The wax museum on Fisherman's

Wharf: They say the size of these statues are true to the actual size and

build of the person they are replicating. Most of the statues were

identifiable. Some of them I had to look at the signs before I knew

who it was suppose to be. It was pretty amazing to see how real some

of them looked.

Ripley's believe it or not museum:

The largest man to ever join the armed forces. His mother

had to sew extra strips of fabric to the seams for his clothes

to be able to fit around him.

This picture is to help me feel a little better about

my ever increasing waistline. In comparison I don't

feel so large.

Day 6: Oakland Temple

What a beautiful place! This temple sits on top a hill surrounded

by trees and greenery. Because of the suclusion and beauty of the

temple grounds, one can easily forget they are in the middle of a

huge city! We were able to do sealings and a session before

heading for the airport. We had a fantastic trip!
