Six months old today!!

Six months ago today we were in the hospital recovering from birth.

Happy half birthday to you, happy half birthday to you, happy half birthday to Kellon, happy half birthday to you! Kellon has not portrayed too many characteristics so far that have been like McCrae. One thing about the two of them that has been comparable is that they have both reached milestones on their own timetable. Kellon is very cheerful, content and happy. He is not interested in laying on his tummy. He has very strong legs but could care less about using his arms to push himself up. He frequently is wide awake in the middle of the night talking and squealing for delight. We love you Kellon!!

A sad sad day

Yesterday Bryan sent me an e-mail he had found in the media announcing that Clay Aiken was coming out of the closet. How devastating! Since I saw Clay on American Idol I've been a fan. His CD's have been the only ones I purchased in several years. I know, this doesn't change that fact that (in my opinion) he has a good singing voice. So, gay or not I still like to listen to the music he has recorded.

I fought the pavement and the pavement won

While out on a walk with dad, McCrae thought it would be fun to jump out of the moving stroller.
His head collided with the pavement. This is the result. This happened the first part of August - we just got the film developed. Its all healed now with just minor scars.
